THE VISION

We always keep an eye out on global issues pertaining to cities and countries, with hopes of finding alternative solutions to common problems that affect a significant amount of people (1,000,000+). This led us to create unsolicited videos and proposals using environmental and social design and sustainability as key drivers.

What are green designs, are they efficient?

Green design is the ‘creation of buildings which are energy efficient healthy, comfortable, flexible in use and designed for long life.

It should have a minimal effect on the environment.

In terms of products and materials used in the construction but in the functionality of the building.

The steps to achieving it

Designing for the future is a key part of design, but is of particular importance in green design.

Sustainable building also considers whether a space can be used for multiple purposes at different periods during its life-time.

Consideration should be given not only to how environmentally friendly a product/technology is but how they will degrade overtime.

What are healthcare designs?

The healthcare industry  are sectors within the economic system that provides goods and services to treat patients.

It includes the generation of goods and services lending themselves to maintaining and establishing health.

Commercial Designs?

Commercial interior designers plan public spaces government buildings, private businesses, or other corporate entities.

Offices are a common of these designers, but they may also work with schools, banks, retail establishments, and other public spaces.

Some work to make hotels and restaurants functional in the design process and modern houses and design projects.

Design areas in hospitals and other healthcare facilities often requires specific knowledge about how the space can be used effectively.

Residential Designs?

Residential professionals work with private living spaces, primarily designing rooms for new or existing homes. Some even prefer working with a specific room such as the kitchen or bathroom, or planning and creating closet spaces.

Hospitality Designs?

Hospitality design focuses on the interiors of a commercial premises for service industries other than home buildings.

which includes restaurants, bars, clubs, casino’s, cafés, pop-up or temporary restaurants, spas, lounges and more.
